Who we are. This site is operated by Kenshiki, Inc., a company based in Tacoma, Washington, United States. These website terms are an agreement between you and Kenshiki, Inc.

Use of this site. You may use this site to learn about Kenshiki, request a briefing, and explore the interactive demo. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

No credit decisions. This public site does not provide lending, underwriting, credit, legal, compliance, or financial advice. Nothing on this site is a credit decision, credit offer, or consumer report.

Interactive demo and API reference. The interactive demo (opened from /demo, running under /app) and the API reference at /api-docs expose a same-origin BFF over a synthetic dataset. The four demo roles are shared, pre-provisioned accounts; anyone may sign in as any role. Bearer tokens minted by the demo are demo-grade only — they are not credentials, do not represent a real identity, and may be revoked or changed without notice. The demo is not a public API: there is no SLA, no rate-limit guarantee, no backwards-compatibility promise, and the data, schemas, and endpoints may change at any time. Do not rely on the demo for any production purpose.

No production terms. The buyer path described on this site is informational. Paid production use requires a separate written agreement that defines scope, pricing, provider boundaries, security requirements, operating responsibilities, and any applicable legal terms.

Content and trademarks. Kenshiki owns or controls the content, design, names, and marks on this site unless otherwise stated. You may link to public pages, but you may not copy, sell, or imply endorsement without permission.

External links. Some pages link to public sources or third-party websites. Those sites are controlled by their own operators and policies.

No warranty. This site and the interactive demo are provided as-is for public information. We try to keep them accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page or endpoint is complete, error-free, or available at all times.

Changes. We may update these terms as the site, demo, and commercial process mature. The date above shows the latest review date.
